  Truly horrible. My wife and I went and purchased a bedroom set and was told that some of it was in stock and the other would have to be shipped. They told us maybe a week or so. We said that's fine and went ahead and ordered it. Well, one week went by, then another, then another. I called to ask them what the status was. They fumbled around and said "uhhh, probably another week. no longer than that." I said ok. So we waited, one week, then another, then another.... Needless to say after almost 2 months without them calling and saying ANYTHING to us, we went and canceled the order. We will NEVER go back and purchase anything from them. They have lost our business for life. Just take heed that if something is not in stock, they really don't care about you, only your money. nearly 8 weeks without them calling and letting us know anything? Yea, they don't care about the customer.
