  Worst Phone Sales Associates EVER! Waited for over 30 minutes to be helped to buy an iPhone 8. Will not be shopping at this store again as this was the 2nd incident in less than a week.

  The customer service at this location is horrible. You can walk around for twenty minutes and no one will ask to help you. I came in looking for an item for my computer. A member of the Geek Squad, Allen said that did not have it and I ended up finding it on my own. Allen by far has the worst customer service I have ever seen. He is not friendly at all and makes it feel you are bothering him. I have dealt with the Geek Squad in the past but dealing with him was the worst.
