  I have been here a couple or three times since it's opening last year. I have yet to update on a new phone and plan, but they have been patient with me in the process. The main concern is not them but the phones on their network that are available. I don't blame this place for the lack of quality cell phones on the market. And it seems that even though I have been a loyal HTC owner for the past six years that will come to an end very soon due to the fact that HTC doesn't have a presence in the cell phone industry in the United States. I know they have one but it is not of the highest quality. My reason for this post is due to the fact that the staff have worked with me in my preparations of a new phone and plan. T-Mobile coming to Prattville was one place I really wanted to locate and they finally did. I look forward to making this happen very soon and know they have my best interest in mind in this selection. I have been a T-Mobile customer for over 20 years now, even when it was called Powertel and Voice Stream. I just hope they won't disappoint when I make this change. See you guys soon.
